Cocoa Puff

Hello folks – Cocoa Puff checking in. I told foster mom that I wanted to tell you all about myself.

I’m almost 4 months old and I’m very SWEET and LOVEABLE. I’m the calmest of my liter – I really am! I’m not necessarily calm but for a cairn puppy, I’m calm.

I LOVE running and zooming in the back yard. I have so much fun chasing butterflies but I haven’t been able to jump high enough yet to catch one. I was chasing a bee the other day and foster mom was ACKing, and NOing all over the place. She told me that the bee needed to be left alone and if I wasn’t careful, I’d get stung on my nose. I decided that didin’t sound like something I’d like so I ran up to foster mom to be picked up and loved on. When she put me down, I had the best game of chase and wrestle with my fursibs. We have a lot of fun jumping on each other and then taking off and running after each other.

I do love to investigate but I have manners and if foster mom says “no” I turn around and find a toy to play with.

I do LOVE toys and I LOVE emptying the toy box several times a day. I LOVE playing tug with a fursib. I usually feel sorry for the other one and let them have to toy – that’s my story and I’m sticking to it.

I LOVE to give kisses and I also LOVE to get kisses. I also LOVE asking to be picked up and cuddled. My favorite time of day is TV time where I can curl up on a lap and take a nice nap. I’m very good about sharing a lap with one or two others.

I’m so happy all the time because life is full of play and treats. I’m a good eater so I get a treat for doing my jobs outside. Speaking of doing my jobs outside….I’m really trying!
